About Fairview Community Health Center
Fairview Community Health Center is a federally funded Community Health Care Center providing a medical home for all who need it. Services include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Prenatal & Women's Health. All fees are on a sliding scale based on income, and no one is refused services due to a lack of ability to pay. The center has been serving the South Central Kentucky Region for 18 years and has recently moved to a brand new building. Patients praise the staff's efficiency, friendliness, and willingness to accommodate those with language barriers. The clinic is described as exceeding expectations, with short wait times and prompt attention from providers like Dawn Guess LNP and Nurse Monica. While some reviews mention longer wait times for labs, the overall experience is positive, with patients highlighting the center's ability to coordinate specialist care and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
Dr is great but the lab isn't. Lady said we were checked in. 40 minutes later I go to the desk and ask how long, they were calling people in who checked in after us. Turns out the lady never checked us in. She should loose her job since she doesn't want to actually do her job.
I see Dawn Guess LNP. . If I have an issue she is very quick to order thorough lab test or suggest the specialist or physician in need. I have referred several people to her and they have been pleased also. If I need a sick day appointment I see Nurse Monica in triage... They always get me in and get me the help I need.
A mid-wife write down my appointment for 9:30 and I arrived for my appointment and they told me I couldn't be seen because I was suppose to be there at 9 and because of her I couldn't see my baby or have my sister see the reveal for my gender that was suppose to be 2 days after the appointment and they made it my fault
