I did not go too this location in person, but spoke too a man on the phone. He was very personable as well as informative of my situation. With his help I was able too resolve my elderly neighbors dishwasher problem. Sorry I do not recall the gentleman's name. But I highly recommend this place of business,
My name is Jacob. I was about to buy a new washer because mine stopped working. Seemed like the motor just stopped. But instead I decided to call ricky and he came out, took a look and found that there was a wire from a bra clogged in my washer motor causing it to not work. He removed it and the washer is working great again and saved me from having to buy a new one. I highly recommend calling them when your appliances goes bad. May find out it costs way less to have them fix it then having to buy a new appliance! He was more than fair on the price based on what i could afford and even come out on a Sunday!
