Excellent service , knowledgeable, always on time . We moved in to a rental home , a beautiful newer home and the next morning we woke up to roaches everywhere! Even at the other end of the house in the master bathroom. Disgusting !The rental agency called this company instead of there regular company and even though it was a holiday weekend, they came out the next day . They were through and explained everything to us . They did an amazing job ! They came back several times over the next two months and now we’re on a monthly treatment and thankfully NO MORE COCKROACHES!The infestation was so bad the roaches were on the other side of the house in the master bedroom... read full review
The folks over at Black Diamond SOKY are top of the line. Not only did they treat our pest problem, they arrived on time. We didn't have to deal with any of that 2 hour window of availability like a lot of providers do. They were very knowledgeable of everything rodent related. They come highly recommended.
We've been using this company since we had to do extensive repairs on the home we purchased in Falls of Rough 2 years ago. Our remodel contractor found extensive termite damage and since Talon put in the termite bate stations we've had no issues. Also had horrible issues with all types of spiders etc.,and now never see any bugs in or around our home. I spotted one bug upstairs after having our roof replaced,and Talon came immediately and sprayed again. This company is a pleasure to do business with and I'm thankful everyday for them!
