Brian come out to fix our heat, we then bought a new heat pump and furnace and he hooked it up. Everything was great. December 2023 (we had an issue this wasn’t the 1st since getting everything hooked up) Brian came out and stated what it was that he had to order a part for it. Told us to use the emergency heat on my furnace so not using the heat pup which was to save money. Now it’s February and he has not be back and won’t respond, now our electric bills is over 550 for last 2 months. And he won’t respond to phone, text, or emails
