everyone is nice for the most part but some forget we all work at the same place. We all work at a factory.. no one is any less human regardless of wage, position and time with the company. It's a lesson I've realized even more so since acquiring this job. When you refuse to kiss bum bum to get ahead, the road is a rocky one. But being myself and getting talked to and treated like I am dumber than a box of rocks is better than putting up a facade to get noticed.

This is a great place to work with highly educated staff and supervisors and all the staff are super nice and great teachers ive been there 3 weeks now and i love just about everything about the facility
