“Dan is a great guy to work with and runs a good crew. I hired him to replace shingles on a 4 unit apartment building after getting 5 quotes. His was the 2nd lowest, but the lowest lied to me about the warranty, and he was an hour away, and Dan is in Berea where my building is. He showed me pics and videos of what they were doing and what they found (some bad plywood, which I expected because I had some leaks). The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. They finished it in 1 day, and the next morning he was there double checking the parking lot for nails. Also, there happened to be a big branch on the edge of the lot that had just come down in a storm and he had it cut it up and hauled it off with no extra charge. I will definitely be using A-Team Roofing from now on whenever I need roofing replacement or repairs“
