Very friendly and very helpful staff easy to book an appointment book online. Clean relaxing atmosphere I had hydro facial which helps with the large pores. I also had a message which was relaxing.
I’ve spent almost a year looking for a med spa that met all of my requirements (I admit, I’m picky). As a nurse, I wanted a place that offered services provided by medical professionals. I also wanted a place that was personable and made me feel comfortable. I finally found it! Reflections Wellness and Spa in Berea. Saying the staff are amazing is an understatement. There is no pushing products or procedures. I felt listened to and that I received honest advice and recommendations. They genuinely care about their clients and the services they provide. Last week, I went to Reflections Wellness and Spa for a ZO 3-step peel. There is a little skin prep on that needs to be done before this peel. Vicky thoroughly explained all of the instructions to me. I was a little hesitant because I have eczema that affects my face, but the ZO products are amazing; they did not irritate my skin at all.
