Dad’s Flooring provides a great experience. The owners went above to help find the right flooring for clients. They were professional and staff was very friendly. The women there were so helpful in picking out the new flooring. Had Dad’s remove old carpet and install a vinyl floor in the basement. Very professional installers, done in a short time and looks great. For a house with hardwood floors and awful brown carpet, Dad’s came in, measured, took pics, and ordered samples to match the existing floors. An engineered hardwood was an almost exact match, looks amazing, and you cannot tell the difference between rooms. They worked to get flooring in before moving in, going above and beyond from a customer service standpoint—the best ever experienced. There is no where else in the Madison County area to use.
The women there were so helpful in picking out the new flooring. I look forward to seeing the results in January.

We bought a house that had hardwood floors in the common areas but awful brown carpet in the bed rooms. We assumed we would have to replace all of the flooring since the existing hardwood was not a common color. Dads flooring came in, measured, took pics, and ordered several samples to match the existing floors. We were able to find an engineered hardwood that is almost an exact match to the existing flooring. It looks amazing. You cannot tell the difference when walking from room to room. We are so happy that we found Dad's Flooring to put in our new laminate flooring. Not only are they very knowledgeable and professional, they are also some of the nicest people you will ever meet. We immediately felt so comfortable with them that we knew that they were the people we wanted to do this job for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
