They saved me! My great aunt passed away and her service was in Murray KY. I called all the places in Murray (come to find out they are all closed on Sat-quite odd to me). Then I called Woods Enchanted Forest. The arrangement they delivered was absolutely AMAZING. It was so much more than I expected. We could not travel from CA but I’m so happy that we were able to honor my Aunt with a huge stunning arrangement. I’m so thankful!
I ordered from out of town on their website a few weeks ago, a little more than an hour before they closed. I had about ten minutes remaining before the cutoff time. Not only were they able to produce and deliver a beautiful arrangement before they closed for the day, but a nice lady called to let me know they were out of a specific flower shown in the photos of my selection. I told her she could use her discretion and make substitutions as needed. I cannot recommend them enough. Most places would have made the substitution without permission and moved on. I ordered flowers from Georgia to be delivered to my mom in Benton, KY..the owner was very pleasant and listened to every detail of what I wanted. He even sent me a picture of the arrangement before he personally delivered them to her..they were beautiful and exactly what I wanted..I will ONLY use this florist from now on!!
