Adopted a senior shelter cat a couple weeks ago from LMAS, estimated age around 10, with what their vet diagnosed as IVS. Rules are you have to establish them with a vet within 7 days. I called and scheduled her with this office off a friend's recommendation. Tessa is completely feral, untouchable without precautions. Dr. Mary respected her space, showed her the birds outside the window, talked to her, gave advice. Tessa showed behaviors she hadn't exhibited at home yet (the birds really got her attention and she came out of her carrier just a little). She confirmed IVS with an explanation of what we were looking at. Sent us home with some anxiety medication. Tried the meds that night, I was able to handle her enough to sit and pet her while talking to her. That was this past Tuesday and today (Saturday) I was able to pet her, pick her up and sit with her for a short period (about 30 minutes) without any scratching or biting and no meds before she let me know she had enough. Pretty optimistic that we'll be sticking with Dr. Mary for all of our animals needs. It was great visiting with one of her cats and her dog while talking. Such friendly, lovable animals?

Absolutely amazing! So, so worth it. We thought doing our own taxes would help save us the previous two years, now we are not going back to that. Matt was wonderful and made quick work of our taxes. The time and stress saved is priceless. (....And we will no doubt have him go over the previous years' were wr tried to do it ourselves. Hah!)
