They have successfully handled emergencies and saved lives, as seen with a Pomeranian patient. While the waiting area can feel small, the team remains efficient and caring, making a positive impact on pet owners and their animals.
They helped where other vet in the vacinity only wanted money here's the sad part 9 kittens all with upper respitory infections mal nourished mother nowhere to be found other vet wanted to charge 50 to 60 a kitten I didnt have thst kind of money I knew what they needed to survive was antibiotic and eye gel ,thanks again to blugrass .
Knowledgeable staff that are always willing to listen to your concerns and give no nonsense advice. The Vet and Vet Techs don't try to push unnecessary treatments on their clients to make an extra buck. Great place and staff whom I trust the lives of my pets. This will be our forever Vet Clinic.
We had a very late after hours visit the night before Thanksgiving, the young lady that met us and helped our baby was just beyond wonderful! She was kind, caring and took care of our pup like he was her own. He's fine and we could not be any happier with the service we received from Bluegrass Veterinary Services.
