We took our puppy Charlie there 2 years ago for training , absolutely loved them. So when we took our vacation we decided to board him there. They are awesome with him, and they send us pictures several times a day. We have boarded him several times now, and also started taking home there for grooming. I cannot say enough good things about them.
I can’t say enough good things about The Critter Cradle! My dog, Elphie, goes to daycare here three days a week and was also boarded this past weekend while we were on vacation. I was so nervous at first—both when she started daycare a month ago and when we left her for boarding—but the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure she is happy, safe, and loved.
The team is caring, attentive, and truly treats each dog like their own. They send me pictures and videos, which give me so much peace of mind and always make me smile. Critter Cradle is best kennel! It's not too big (therefore not as many other dogs) and the people are fantastic. We've only been there twice but they were very helpful in making my anxious, extremely reactive dog, feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend them if you need to board your dog.
