I had an amazing experience at Ink Boulevard! The shop is super clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. Rich took the time to listen to what I wanted and absolutely nailed the design. The detail and precision are unreal—I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Definitely the best tattoo experience I’ve had, and I’ll be coming back for more.
