In any business, it is the front-line employees who make it or break it. Carey has always had the best of the best but sometimes workers come and go and they are a hard act to follow. On my recent winter service, I was fortunate to have met Josh, one of their newer technicians. He was polite, listened to my concerns, and worked to assure me all was well and was ready for the cold. Technician Pat came out New year's Eve morning worked in 33° drizzling rain to diagnose a voltage drop and repair the issue. He is very knowledgeable and shared information as he diagnosed. He also corrected a problem I've had literally for years with my heat strips, a simple breaker issue. Hats off to Pat. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
