I work with caliper in November 1923 with an individual named Charles. Charles did a fantastic job and getting my vehicle in fixed and out. The problem was that the horn was not working so I could not evaluate properly until it was accomplished. However, in the months coming, an individual named Kip came into play as the manager of the shop. Kip had the same spirit as Charles and was fully engaged of finishing the procedure to get the job done. The customer service was excellent! They kept me informed on the process and what was happening with my vehicle daily. They even made extra arrangements to get my vehicle to.me when I couldn't pick it up due to a funeral. I will definitely use this shop again.
