Excellent service and customer support. Felt valued and well informed. Another company quoted $18k for a total system replacement and Bardstown Heating and Air explained everything in easy to understand terminology. Replaced a missing plastic cap to stop Freon leak and refilled unit. All said and done the bill was less than $550.
We had been having a problem on really hot days where our upstairs bedroom was getting too warm because our A/C wasn’t able to keep up. Bardstown Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us by an electrician we were working with. Best recommendation imaginable! Stacey came out, hooked up all kinds of gadgets and gizmos to check out our system. Everything, thankfully, checked out fine. He made a couple of adjustments and recommendations and now our bedroom is staying cool. Very honest and competent. So glad we have found someone we can trust and rely on.
Stacey is very knowlegeable and skilled professional. He was able to accurately assess and diagnose the problem with my air conditioner unit. Others tried talking me into purchasing a whole new system even though it was not needed. He also accurately diagnosed an issue with duct work leaking in the crawl space. No one else ever checked for that. I am highly impressed with Stacey's knowledge and skill and highly recommend his services for hvac services.
