I am over my parents rental properties so I have bee coming in to the Auburn location several times over the last several months working on a local property in Auburn. I have dealt with Andrea a few times when I have come into the Auburn branch. Today I called to prepare an order for my son to pick up and once again, Andrea was just a pleasant as she was in person. I run 2 other businesses as well as the properties and I typically deal with Jason primarily out of the Franklin location for my primary job as they buy maintenance stuff from me pretty regularly and Jason is just as pleasant to work with! I absolutely went to Cole Lumber to begin with versus Lowe's because of the years of me having a working relationship with Jason when they were E.H. Harris Lumber. I think the Franklin and Auburn location are both fantastic and I greatly appreciate the customer service skills they have in and out of the office as I deal with them on a few sides. Customer service goes a long way and they are rocking it with the people they have employed from who all I have dealt with!!!

We used Williams Flooring for two projects already for our house. They did our entryway first. The big project was our kitchen, laundry, and dining room. We shopped around before finalizing with Williams, they were the best in price and labor, as well as having what we wanted in color and LVT. I absolutely love the results!! You can't beat the customer service, too! Wonderful people and results! We will be back for our bathrooms.
