My Son has had several cat scans done there and the receptionists and the people that do the cat scans were great. He didn't have to wait very long to get it done and they didn't take long to get him his disc of the cat scan to bring home with him. They are great there.
Terrible hospital over all, nurses are uncoordinated & messy. Management is even worse on every level & act like children, No idea why UK thought they could save this place lol
My husband has been in dka a couple of times. The last time we went we had to be in an ER room for 16 hours, before he got a room upstairs. Everytime we've been here they never give guest trays it's like pulling teeth even with telling the nurses, food service, writing on tickets. I wrote on every single ticket the day prior so i had food the next day and they ERASED where I asked for a guedt tray. That is horrible. Giving 4 stars for his nurse and aide we had AND when hes been here they have taken good care of him. Need more staff tho and better communication.
