Very disappointed with my cut. It is my mistake for giving them another chance, I knew better. I had my haircut by a girl name Rebecca. I asked for a 1/2in trim on bottom and layers, to clean it up. What I received was completely different. I no longer have any layers. It is at least 1 in to 1 1/2 in shorter and has more of a blunt cut look now. The girl is very nice but is very slow with her cuts and the quality was of a very low level. Don't waste your money, you would get a better cut at Cost Cutters and it is much cheaper.

I have gotten my haircuts from here for the past year or so, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of socializing between the employees and customers; I am always bored of holding my phone for them to show them a general idea of how I would like it, and not having anyone to talk to is just a weight put on. Awkward silence is almost always inevitable and can be very irritating. The hairdressers are good, but suffer from lack of communication. They employees are either standing there quietly, or talking to another worker about anything and everything.

I was not very happy with the hair cut that I received. I had asked for the length to be kept long on top. When the cut was over the only place that the length was kept was on the sides. I spend the next couple of days trimming the sides myself every time i looked in the mirror to try to straighten it out the best i could.
