I had a rough start at this location, but after a conversation with the manager, Veronica, I decided to visit in person to discuss my concerns. She kindly invited me to sit down and addressed my worries, which really put me at ease. Then, she got to work on my beard, and I was extremely pleased with the results. I must commend her for her politeness and professionalism. This company truly made a great choice in hiring her.

The stylists here were super friendly and helpful. We walked in, hoping for a chance to get my daughters haircut, and they got us in very quickly, no problem at all, even helped me find their website so we can sign in online the next time we want to stop by.
The girl who cut my daughters hair did such an amazing job, she looks super cute... exactly how she wanted it.
I absolutely recommend this place for anyone, especially great with kids. (My daughter is 8)

Stylist: My stylist is Nikki Coleman at the River Hill location in Ashland Ky, forever and always. She is amazing! I’ve never had a bad haircut from her, ever! She is an artist!
I’ve been with her for about six years and won’t let anyone else touch me. Not only is she a great stylist but she’s an even better person, this company is lucky to have her. I love Nikki!! Great Clips will always have my business as long as she is there.
