I am so happy that I decided to use Hayes Electric for my light install project. I called several companies around town and many wanted to charge $75-150 for an estimate or trip charge. Keith came out without any charge and provided a fair estimate compared to the other two that I received. He was very patient as I had lots of questions. He provided different ideas to deliver my desired amount of lighting around the yard and gave an honest recommendation to keep me from overspending. He didn’t have to do that, but his honesty was one of the reasons I decided to use his company. I researched 5 "website touted" electricians. I then checked others. Hayes Electrical Services of Alexandria, Ky caught my eye. His mission statement and his using his name to I.D. his business impressed me. Through my experience, I found Mr. Hayes to be head and shoulders above his "website touted" competitors. My wife and I were delighted. The services provided were prompt, kind, professional and quite reasonable.

Would recommend Hayes Electric to anyone in the area! They were responsive, had fair pricing, on time, professional, and great to work with! They did an awesome job on the recessed lighting in our living room and took on the big task of replacing our electrical panel and did it all in a reasonable time.
