This company is beyond amazing! My heat went out before the first snow this year and they put me on their emergency waitlist yesterday. They called me this morning to say they were in the area and could stop by. Not only did the technician Tony fix the problem in record time, he made sure to show me what had been the problem. He also gave me wonderful tips for being a new homeowner and what I can do to keep my system running efficiently. As a single mom, the honesty, prompt service and wonderful customer service put them right at the top for me! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! :)
Brun Heating & A/C has saved me numerous times from my A/C emergencies!! I bought an older, historic home a few years ago and unfortunately have had many problems with my two A/C units.Unfortunately, they were not taken proper care of by the previous owners, so I was stuck with a few "Help! I'm sweltering in an oven!" moments. Brun came to my rescue each time.Tony, their lead tech, is extremely knowledgeable and professional!
