He had a crew at my house within an hour of our conversation. The crew was also very kind and pretty quick. The city had mentioned disconnecting my power to make it easier for the crew. They gladly put in the extra effort so that didn't have to happen because they knew I had children inside. The clean up crew was so quiet I didn't even realize they were there for a while.
