These guys are the best. Period!!!
1) They fixed a leaking Freon line another provider missed.
2) They refilled the Freon.
3) They cleaned the outside unit.
All this for less than the other guy (who missed the leak) charged.
So I called again and it took Dexter about a minute to diagnose the issue.
Now I'm back in the cool.
Don't even fool with the others. Call Finney today for a cooler tomorrow.

Huge kudos to Finney heat and air! When we called they answered the phone! They scheduled us in for the following week, and showed up on that date at exact time! Chet found the problem the last guy couldn't find, followed up by parts quote and another prompt service date. One company we used a couple times stopped answering phone altogether & no response to voice mails. Another guy answered phone & replied promptly, promising to be out within a few days (promises went on for 4 months). Answering phones, responding to messages, & showing up seems so simple but apparently it's not anymore, so if we find good service these days... read full review

Air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday, Chet was at the house and diagnosing the issue within an hour. When he learned that the part wouldn't be in until Tuesday he brought over a portable unit to keep us cool until he could get it fixed. Great people and a great company.
