Wanted to thank the gracious employees as the Westwood Village location for helping me out last week when I was in town visiting KC and wanted to use my membership to get a tan. Unfortunately things were not working out despite reaching out to my St. Louis home salon. Thankfully, the employee who was new, reached out to her supervisor, Cassandra, who kindly provided a solution. Many thanks for your great customer service!

Came in because I had a coupon for discounted service and it’s close to home but I’m so glad I did! The associate at the front was so friendly and helpful. Explained all options but was not pushy at all. Salon is clean, all supplies needed are provided for you with sunless tanning, and everything was explained well in the process. Will definitely be back!
