“We called out for ants, the staffer who answered the phone knew exactly what we would need and described the service well (what expense to expect, a clear service date/time, service guarantees, and was able to answer product questions I had).
On the day of the service, the service provider arrived in the window described, answered additional questions about product placement and concerns and was very knowledgable about the product. I indicated a spot next to our house that I'd noticed ant activity and the staffer indicated that it was too far from the base of the house and too close to a flowering plant and informed me that the product did affect bees and that is another reason he would not apply near a flowering plant. I was very grateful that he could describe how the product worked and worked to keep the application as environmentally friendly/mindful as possible.
ADDITIONALLY, I have a LARGE almost 2 year old puppy that would be in the interior spray space. I informed the staffer that the dog was contained in a puppy pen and asked if he would be willing to toss some treats when he came in the space to work so I could help the puppy understand sometimes we invite strangers in the house to work. I was very grateful that he agreed and the extra 1 minute he spent tossing treats and giving the young dog a positive experience will go a long way in making our home a safe space for contractors to be in! I am very grateful for the entire experience, but especially for the above and beyond extra time to help me out with something unrelated to ants!”
