This is a fantastic place to work out. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. I came in with no knowledge of personal fitness or exercise in general, I have never been talked down to or looked down upon. I'm lucky to have Jim as my personal trainer, he pushes me toward the results that I want to see and teaches me as we go. He's extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.
