“First Time Home Owner and we decided to build. We purchased what was to be a spec home for a new neighborhood. The home was still very early in the building process so I was able to pick everything for the house. The exterior stone and brick was the hardest part but the vendors Relph Construction used were all so nice and helpful. There were some hiccups with the stone installation BUT Russ was right on top of it and always assured me I was not being ridiculous, that it was my home and it should be how I wanted it. The stone is installed and it is really beautiful, I’m so thankful that even if Russ was annoyed with me he never showed it. He made adjustments, assured me it was going to be alright, and came through. I have friends and family that have all gone through the building process and they hated their builders. The builders were not at all accommodating to their needs or wants. I am so thankful to have found Russ and Relph Construction, building a house is stressful but I think it still should be fun and exciting. Russ and his team have been there to guide me and I appreciate them, 10 out of 10 recommend.“
