When a customer needed a new air conditioner due to their old unit failing during a heat wave, Ladd's team worked quickly to honor the proposal, locate the necessary equipment, and install the new unit within a few days. Customers have also been impressed by the company's friendly and professional staff, and the tech was very helpful. Explained everything so I could understand what he was doing and why. Explained what the problem was and how to keep it from being repeated. Austin and your whole crew are always pleasant and most important they get the job done, and stand behind your work. We have had great air for the last 17 years since you installed our units. We also are impressed with your twice a year check up program. We literally never worry about our AC units. We had several plumbing projects - 2 faucet replacements, a vanity sink replacement & new faucet. Dan is very professional, knowledgeable, and was willing to make everything happen the way we asked. Highly recommend Dan and Ladd. We've been satisfied customers for many years. Ladd stands behind their work and takes full accountability for any install error. They have done various home projects, including installing plumbing and 220 electrical, and customers report the work has been flawless since completion. It is inevitable a service vendor will make a mistake from time to time, but Ladd management takes full responsibility and pays for any fixes. This commitment to standing behind their work earns them high recommendations and return business from clients of over 25 years. The twice a year check-up for a reasonable fee is also appreciated.
