James was fast, on time, and priced right. Unlike most service people, he kept me up to date on his time schedule and gave me a price over the phone. I did send him pictures of the connections I needed work on so he was able to come prepared and knowing what parts he needed.

James assessed the situation in less than 10 min and had it fixed in less than 30 min. In addition, he recommended a professional to come and fix the wall he had to breach to get to the leak. I need a sump pump installed, and James already has me a quote that is more than reasonable.... Because James is so very accommodating, I now have to decide on what fits my schedule. Can't lose with James and Sherlock Homes Plumbing!!
