He recommended quality fireplace products and a fair quote for chimney repairs. No hidden costs. Our choices were 2 fireplace inserts, upstairs we preferred a wood burning unit and downstairs a gas burning unit. He and his team delivered and installed in a timely manner, taking upmost care with cleanup afterwards. He continued to follow up in the weeks after to ensure we were satisfied.
