Very friendly and knowlegable. If there is something you need but is not in stock --- they can order it for you so you don't have to travel out of town to get it. Or if there is something you need, but don't quite know what it is --- they can help you figure it out. It is the kind of small town store that makes you feel welcome when you walk in the door. Return customer for sure!
If you love old school hardware with an epic selection of almost anything and good prices you will like this place. It's a diggers dream! Good wood and great hard to find/classic tools. If you like organized box stores look elsewhere, it's a family business like my grandfather would be familiar with.
