I recommend Jay and Stacey, owners/operators for extremely excellent care. We never ever worried about our pup as she boarded. Also all dogs have a personal outdoor run. Almost unheard of! The facility is pristine. I cannot say enough great things about Mystic Acres!
Just picked up our German Shepherd mix from his second, week long stay at Mystic Acres Kennels. Both experiences were very positive. Our dog was well cared for and had obviously made good friends with the owners in our absence. They know dogs, personalized our dogs care,and are spot on with their recommendations and care. We were able to enjoy our time away without worrying about our dog. This will be our go to kennel for any boarding needs in the future. Mystic Acres thank you for all you do.
These guys are amazing!! They've always been VERY FLEXIBLE and take great care of our GSD. They are always more than willing to give meds or change things based on the changing needs of our dog. But they really came through when our son was hospitalized unexpectedly for 2 weeks in the PICU and gravely ill. Stacey jumped right in and they took our dog with just an hour notice. They kept her for the 2 weeks and were willing to keep her as long as we needed, even though they were EXTREMELY busy and full. What an amazing blessing these guys are to people and their pets. We will only board with Mystic Acres!! Best kennel in the KC Metro area hands down!!
