“During late March we had some wind damage to our roof; several shingles were blown off in two different areas. A couple days later we had some hail damage. My insurance adjuster gave me the name of AKC PROS as a company that might be able to help us with repairing the damage. I called AKC PROS and spoke with Josh Carver. The next day Travis Hayden came out and looked at our roof, he even did a temporary repair to areas with missing shingles. I was disappointed in my insurance company deciding that the wind and hail damage did not meet their criteria for replacement. My wife and I decided that rather than patch up the builder’s grade shingles on our 5 year old home, we would upgrade our roof and replace it with a Grade 3 Owens Corning product. We are so happy that we made that decision. Travis and his company have been great to work with; no pressure, clear communication and attention to detail. Within one week they had a crew working on our home. The job was done in two days. The quality of the work is excellent, they left our property neat and clean and showed respect for our home that we appreciate. I’ve had a couple of questions since the work was completed and Travis has been very quick to follow-up. We had the owner of AKC PROS, Chris Ward, stop by and look at our roof to see the finished product. I spent a career in business and it is obvious to me when a company has a culture of customer care and satisfaction. Everyone that I’ve interacted with at AKC PROS shows that customer care attitude.
