Called them and I got a call back from Chase as soon as I hung up from leaving a message. They had me FaceTime to show what our unit looked like. They got in, changed it out asap and didn’t do any pushy sales tactics or pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. They tailored what I needed based on our usage and everything. They also made sure everything was working before leaving. I could not recommend them then enough if you are looking for a new water heater.
