Salina Regional Urgent Care provides excellent and prompt care. Many patients report being in and out very quickly, often within 30 to 45 minutes, including time to pick up prescriptions. The process is smooth, especially for those who check in or set up an appointment online. The staff, including the front desk receptionists, nurses, and practitioners, are consistently noted as friendly, professional, attentive, and on it. Doctors are described as pretty good and excellent, particularly with children. They provide clear communication, including full explanations of lab results and medications. However, there can be occasional issues with prescriptions being sent to the wrong pharmacy, which has irritated multiple people. The care offered prevents many visits to the ER for minor incidents, infections, and illnesses, providing great peace of mind.
My daughter got sick on our road trip and I'm so glad they were open. At first they were hesitant about seeing her because they were afraid she might need more that what they could offer, but due to time I insisted they see her.
We were registered, seen and out of there within 30 minutes. Big thank you to the nurses, doctors and practitioners that helped us out.
I was visiting over Thanksgiving and needed to be seen for a minor incident. The time in and out was super impressive! I was in and out in no time at all. I got a call with a full explanation of my lab results and how to properly take my medication. No complaints here. Continue to provide excellent and prompt care!
Pretty good Dr's but it's really irritating when you drive all the way to a pharmacy that they know is the only one open saying it will be there only to find out it got sent to the wrong one not open. This has happened to multiple people more than once.
