Had a call with Rick regarding some issues with my toilets. He kindly told me what the issue was and offered his assistance should I need help mid-repair. Will be using SPC as my primary plumber from here on.

I cannot say enough how wonderful Rick was. I had a rather urgent matter and he made time to come replace my sump pump! Pricing was fair and Rick was just a gem! I will never use any other plumbers again!!!

Extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Rick at Salina Plumbing. Was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. I felt like I owed him money for the phone call alone. To top it all off, he was even answering my calls and helping me with my problem on his birthday. I will be returning to give him by business in the future regardless if there are cheaper options out there. If you are looking for someone who won’t take advantage of your lack of knowledge about an issue, and will treat you fair from start to finish, this is who you want to do business with.
