We have been with them for about 10 years. We were very satisfied with the service and price. Last year the customer service dropped to almost nothing and I felt like we were doing the work ourselves through their portal but still was charged normal amounts. You have to upload each document, enter all amounts in, and if you have a question you have to wait two days to get an answer. I have limited time to work on it. Turbo tax is much cheaper with the the same level of customer service. I gave R and J the benefit of the doubt since COVID made things difficult last year and used them again this year. Very satisfied with the professional service I received from R & J Tax Service. We had a complicated return and Kelli Hubbard understood every twist and turn and explained it all perfectly. The staff was always friendly and professional and always acted very quickly. I Highly recommend these accountants!!!
