We have been going to Long and Associates for years now for our taxes.Scott is very thorough. They always answer our calls and our questions. Very knowledgeable and professional, would highly recommend.

Does not return phone calls, emails, or messages sent through their app. The tax filing timeline was a nightmare with their office. Reached out 3 weeks ago regarding a time-sensitive matter and have yet to hear anything back. Very unprofessional. Stick with a CPA who will actually communicate with you.

Emailed this CPA office multiple times but they never respond to emails. CPA business must be so good that they don't need to provide service to prospective clients. Stick with a CPA firm that cares enough to answer their emails.
