Place is grody. Charged my card $8 for a wash and the water never turned on for the right wash tub. The left one worked, but the drains are clogged and standing water in them. Great idea if someone took care of the place. Looks like its never been cleaned.

Not sure if the soap is working or if it's just super diluted or both. Bring your own soap and towels. There is a chain but there's no clasp so you have to bring your own chain to attach them inside. One was filled with mud and nasty, but I was able to use the other one. I see why they're so dirty because the timer runs out and who's going to pay more money to rinse out? They should give you an extra minute to clean or send people to clean. Of course it smell like wet dog but what do you expect.

I want to love it but NO ONE CLEANS UP after themselves!!! It's very disappointing. I spend half of the time allotted to rinsing out and scooping out dog hair. My dog barely sheds so please people do better!!! My dog deserves better. Also the water was too hot and Im used to very hot water from work... read full review
