Absolutely wonderful experience. The guys were great. Explained everything answered all my questions. Kept everything Clean. They had to dig up my sewer line and replace an old collapsed pipe. Hard work but they never complained. Shelby at the office is amazing. Kept us informed of everything. Got us a price estimate. She called to let us know when they were coming and what to expect. Would recommend them. Our 2nd time using drains plus.
Fast, reasonably priced, and solid quality of work.
After trying to unclog and old washer drain pipe Josh suggested changing it out. Had it done fast! Didn’t mind questions. Personable and great attitude.
