I've been very pleased thus far with their service dept., having taken two different cars in for service. The staff has been knowledgeable and friendly every time. They are not pushy, foisting unnecessary repairs upon you like the last place I went to. All work I have double-checked has been done, also unlike the last place I went to in Beloit. I plan on giving Conklin more business. Interesting, I bought my first new car from them in 1996, left Kansas for 20 years before coming back, and they seem to have maintained their standards well.

Mike in Toyota service is the best! He is always so knowledgeable and explains what needs to be done now or can wait till next visit. I appreciate that he has been there a long time and knows my vehicles. It is nice to work with the same person year after year. Keep up the good work!

Great service department - friendly, helpful, and professional. I wish the guys would remove the mat protectors when they’re done, but that’s not enough for me to dock them a star. Thanks!
