Came home to our heater not working in single digit temperatures. Called Callabresi and we were up and running in a few hours. Excellent customer service and techs.
Our furnace quit on a 15° day. Callabresi was able to get someone to come out and look at it that same afternoon. After determining that there was no saving the old unit, they immediately sent someone over and gave us an estimate and got the new furnace ordered quickly enough for it to arrive the very next day. Showed up at 8:30 the next morning to install it -- by the time I got off work, the install was complete. More air and more efficient, works great! My wife and I are so very grateful for the 24 hour turnaround. All 4 employees I encountered were very friendly and professional. Couldn't have gone any better given the circumstances. I absolutely recommend them!
