As the mother and primary caregiver of a severely autistic child, even something as routine as an eye exam for myself becomes incredibly complicated. It takes planning, backup plans, and usually respite care - which isn’t always easy to find. Because my license was expiring and DMV appointments were booked months out, I was in a tough spot. My regular optometrist was also fully booked, and I felt stuck.

Everyone there is so wonderful and treat every person that comes in like family. They are willing to go above and beyond for every single person. They also are really good about reminding people of their appointments, which as a Mom of five is so appreciated!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have a hard time hearing what they say with their mask on. I have asked them to repeat what the question was or ask if they can remove their mask. Mel is a great person in helping pick out frames for glasses or sunglasses. Will keep going there as long they are here in Russell.
