He educated us on why and comforted us that this is just something that happens and we will get them taken care of. His educational and comforting approach made us feel much better and like we were on the right path.

Previously we had Mike treat our home (2 weeks ago) and he also shared the same level of professionalism. He explained why and where he was treating and helped us understand how the process works. I was very comfortable having Mike in our home and we are very glad we chose to come back to regular service with All Star.“

“Very nice people come to spray my moms house for cockroaches. I wish the people who answered the phone was a little more detailed that they do not take cards. I was not aware until they come out, had to run and get cash. They also brought papers out to come back every 3 months, and I was not aware of that either. I only asked for a one time treatment.“
