Everyone from All Star has been awesome from the exterminators themselves to the office people. The technicians are quick, quiet, and thorough. They are super polite and patient, and they explain everything in detail while working. They are effective and solved issues after the first visit. They are very polite and prompt, taking care of everything they said they would and then some. If you have any problems, they will come back and take care of it with no extra charge. Customers can save 50% on their first pest control treatment if they act soon.
Joey had to come back for an additional (free) treatment about home because we have some pesky bugs that keep showing up. He educated us on why and comforted us that this is just something that happens and we will get them taken care of. His educational and comforting approach made us feel much better and like we were on the right path.
Previously we had Mike treat our home (2 weeks ago) and he also shared the same level of professionalism. He explained why and where he was treating and helped us understand how the process works. I was very comfortable having Mike in our home and we are very glad we chose to come back to regular service with All Star.
They do a consistent good job. Always ask for any trouble spots. Pointing out areas I had not seen the problems in. He pointed out a bat that was living on our porch. I was wondering where the poop was coming from👍
Michelle was super attentive and efficient- she was super polite and patient with my toddler and explained everything to me in detail while she was working. Definitely recommend her services.
