Dr. O’Laughlin is so wonderful always. I was nervous to get a new doctor a few years back when my other doctor retired, but I made a great choice. And her nurse Regina has always been great and I appreciate her so much. They are an amazing team.

While I've had good experiences with the nurses and nurse practitioner I'm starting to feel like it's not a good fit. When it came time to get my bc implant removed they quoted me hundreds more than my insurance said they should. No amount of me mediating through both parties got me anywhere. When the implant finally started causing me physical pain and pp couldn't see me I made an appointment with another doctor there but was turned away for being 10 minutes late (I had to get a sitter, it happens).
