We had a very good experience with QSI. We had them build a simple 2 car garage.
The original salesperson, Kyle Green explained everything in detail and when he retired just before the work began, Curtis Lawson stepped in and was available for any questions. The delivery of materials was prompt and we got a call from the construction crew the same day, Mr. Yoder and his crew came out and started the next day. The garage was completed in a few days and within the next week the concrete crew (another Mr. Yoder) arrived and completed the floor. We are happy with the whole process and the completed building is just what we wanted.

We just completed our second QSI building in the past 4 years and could not be more pleased. We have a Barndominium/lodge to host family and guests and a new barn with mudroom/loft to store our equipment in. Both buildings were completed in a timely manner and we are extremely happy with both function and quality…the quality of craftsmanship and materials is excellent! Would highly recommend the sales staff, builders, and office team if you are considering a metal building…you won’t be disappointed!
I had a great experience with QSI and Kyle Greene. Kyle was patient and assisted me through multiple changes and unplanned delays. My project was completed quickly, even with plenty of rain days throughout. I am finishing the interior myself, but could not be happier with the structure and concrete work.
Kyle has now retired but the service I've received since has been great. I'd highly recommend QSI but as other posters have mentioned, do your homework, create a joint plan and timeline and communicate throughout.
