On Aug. 17, 2020 I was rushed to this hospital for emergency care, following a severe accident on the highway. I was in the ICU for 4 days and I have to tell you that the staff and attending physicians were very helpful and supportive during the most tragic time of my life. The citizens of Pratt were very supportive and kind. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. -Jamie
The care my daughter received was truly top notch. From the moment we checked in at the ER to being admitted and then going into surgery, and to our office follow up every single person we met was amazing. A huge thank you to Caroline, Madi, and Lucas in the ER for being so kind and reassuring, Chris in X-ray for your patience and care, and Chika, Kellie, Joyce, and Casey on the 1st floor for taking such good care of her. To Rylee, Laura, Ann, Amy, and Dr. Brungardt in surgery — we can’t thank you enough for your compassion and skill. And to everyone who works behind the scenes, especially the Sterile Processing Department, please know how appreciated you are.
