I received a last minute massage from Felicity and it was perfect! She was very professional, greeted me by my name as soon as I stepped through the door. The environment was wonderful. Very comfy and cozy. Felicity was very cognizant of my needs, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I had fallen days before and she was very gentle on the bruised areas. Felicity never made me feel like I was taking up her time by keeping her late after other workers had left. Janee did her thing and did me right!! My first Brazilian and I was so scared of what it would be like. But she used her numbing spray and talked me through the whole thing. She helped me stay calm. She just gave motherly vibes and it made me feel safe when I had originally gone in scared
